Prepare A Practice Group’s First Session
Add the athlete roster, schedule the first practice, and verify its attendance record.
Check The Group Context. Junior Golf Academy is ready for its first session. Alex opens the group and checks the club, coach, location, and capacity. Getting this context right helps everyone arrive with the same expectations.
Review The Athlete Roster. Review the athlete roster and add eligible club members as needed. Check each identity carefully. Roster changes apply to future lessons without recorded attendance, while past lessons keep their existing record.
Schedule Purposeful Practice. Create the first session with a clear date, time, location, and purpose. Build an agenda that the group can follow, then save it. Review the calendar before sharing the session so the timing fits the wider plan.
Run Attendance. When practice begins, open the correct occurrence and record attendance. Add a short note if a status needs context. Alex can then focus on coaching while keeping a useful record of the session.
Review The Saved Session. Reopen the session and review the saved roster, attendance, and notes. After several practices, use those records to understand participation patterns. The group now has a repeatable rhythm for preparing, practicing, and learning together.
