Prepare Event Registration And Participants
Configure registration, prepare the participant field, and verify the public invitation before sharing it.
Check The Competition Context. Alex is almost ready to invite players to Demo Links Open. Open the competition settings and check the event dates, format, and visibility. Registration works best when the invitation points to a clear and settled event.
Set Registration Rules. Review registration status, capacity, deadline, and access. Keep registration closed while these choices are incomplete, then open it when the participant experience is ready. Alex wants players to know what they can join and when.
Prepare Organizer-Managed Entries. Open Participants to add organizer-managed entrants and choose their competitions. Check identities and avoid duplicates. The saved allocation gives Alex a clear view of each field before scheduling begins.
Review The Participant Information. Review the information a participant will use: event name, date, course, competition, and registration state. Open the shared view and check that the next action is understandable without an organizer explaining it.
Share The Invitation. Share the verified event link in the invitation. As entries arrive, return to Participants and resolve any incorrect assignments. With a clear invitation and an orderly field, Alex can move confidently toward the starting list.
Give Your Audience A Place To Return. After registration and play, that shared destination keeps its value. KAUST Cup shows the result: a clear public scoreboard that players and supporters can return to without creating an account.
