Share One Event Home. Give everyone a clear place to follow the tournament. Open Links to find the event URL and QR code. Check the visibility notice before sharing, so participants know who can open the page.
Name the Link and Choose Results. Choose New live link and give it a recognizable label. Select Add Row, then choose a competition and round. Add more rows when your spectator page should show several competitions together.
Design the Spectator View. Choose the presentation your audience needs. Show the header and score detail, adjust density, and choose the number of columns. Flags, avatars, and decoration help you tune the page for a phone or a larger display.
Set Rotation and Refresh. For a clubhouse screen, enable Rotation Mode and choose the page size and interval. Enable Auto Reload and choose a refresh interval to keep the display current. Select Save when the view is ready.
Copy and Open the Live Link. Your saved live link appears in Links. Use its copy control to share the exact URL, and open the preview to check the spectator experience. The same competition and round selections travel with the link.
Check the Spectator Page. Open the live link and check the results as your audience will see them. Confirm the competition, round, score columns, and readability. Once the view looks right, share its saved URL with spectators or open it on your clubhouse screen.
Prepare the Starting Groups. Before creating a draw, finish participant allocation and handicaps. Open Seeding to see the existing groups, start times, and players. Choose New Seeding to configure the competition and round.
Choose the Draw Settings. Choose the competition and round. Set group size and group count, choose a starting method, and set the first start and time gap. Select random, handicap, or balanced seeding to suit your event.
Review the Generated Groups. Select Generate, then review every group. Check that the right players are together and that start times and starting holes are sensible. This is the moment to catch any allocation or timing issue.
Make Your Final Adjustments. Use Enter Edit Mode to adjust the group membership. Choose players in the group fields, then select Save Changes. Confirm the saved draw before preparing cart assignments or distributing starting information.
Save and Share the Starting List. Save your adjustments, then review the final order. Use Download Drawsheet to request the starting-list report. When it is ready in Reports, download and distribute it to the people running the start.
Open Golf Cart Assignments. With seeding complete, open Event tools and choose Buggy assignments. Select the competition and round. Each cart is linked to a starting group, so its tee time and starting hole stay easy to check.
Choose a Group and Its Players. Add a buggy, choose its Seeding Group, and select up to two players from that group. Check the displayed tee time and starting hole. Repeat until every required cart is assigned.
Save and Create Cart Cards. Select Save pairings to store the assignments and generate their codes. When the saved list is correct, choose Create buggy cards report. The report is prepared in the background and becomes available in Reports.
Prepare for a Smooth Start. Open Reports when the cart-card report is ready, download it, and print the cards. Check each cart’s code, players, tee time, and starting hole before handing it out. Your event-day setup is ready to go!
