Delegate Club Event Operations

Assign focused event permissions to club Staff and verify their web access before event day.

Define The Responsibility. Alex is sharing event-day work with Robin so the club can run smoothly. First, decide the responsibility: event setup, competition management, or score entry. Clear responsibilities make it easier to choose the right access.

Verify The Staff Member. Open Members and confirm Robin's identity and active membership. Check the account before assigning a role. Alex wants the intended colleague to receive access, with a record the club can review later.

Assign Appropriate Permissions. Assign the Staff role where appropriate, then review the club's Staff settings. Enable the event permissions the role needs and save the changes. These settings define which operational responsibilities staff can carry out.

Check The Colleague's Access. Have Robin open the club's Events workspace using their own account. Verify that the intended controls are available and unrelated controls remain restricted. A manager's view alone cannot confirm the colleague's actual experience.

Review And Adjust The Work. Run the assigned work and review the resulting event state together. Adjust access when responsibilities change or the event ends. Alex now has a clearer division of work, and Robin knows exactly where to contribute.

One Clear Result For Your Audience. The audience sees the result of that teamwork. At KAUST Cup, a clear live scoreboard keeps the competition easy to follow. Good preparation behind the scenes helps everyone enjoy the day.
