Set Up A Season

Create a club-owned season, attach events, calculate rankings, and prepare its public destination.

Bring The Series Together. Alex wants three friendly golf days to feel like one connected season. Open Seasons and choose Add season. Every season has an organizing club, so begin with the club that will own and manage the series.

Create The Season Identity. Give the season a recognizable name, description, and dates. Review the URL name, type, and visibility, then create it. Open the saved season to check that its identity matches the story you want members to follow.

Attach The Club Events. Choose Add existing events and select the eligible club events. Review the Events tab after attaching them. Events are created in their club context first, then brought together here as the season calendar.

Define And Calculate Standings. Open the standings designer and decide how event results contribute to the season. Check the included events, result values, and ordering. Save and recompute, then review the resulting table before treating it as the published outcome.

Review And Share The Season. Explore Overview, Events, Standings, and Statistics as a complete experience. Check the information people will need before sharing the season link. Alex now has one place where members can follow the series as it unfolds.
