Create A Coaching Practice Group

Create a club-owned group, define its setup and capacity, assign its coach, and verify the saved group.

Start In The Owning Club. Alex is bringing a small group together to build short-game confidence. Open Practice Groups and choose the owning club. Start a new group so the people, coaching, and sessions will have one shared home.

Explain The Group's Purpose. Give the group a recognizable name and location. Add a short purpose, then review category, skill level, capacity, and age range. These choices help families and coaches understand who the group is for.

Choose The Head Coach. Choose the head coach from the eligible club members. Check the name before continuing. If the right person is missing, review their club membership and Coach role first, so the group starts with the intended leadership.

Create And Check The Group. Create the group, find its card, and open it again. Check the saved name, location, coach, and capacity. Alex now has a reliable starting point for planning the first session and welcoming the athletes.

Prepare Athletes And Sessions. Continue in the group workspace to maintain the athlete roster and schedule sessions. Keep those details current as the group develops. With the basics in place, the coach can focus on making the first practice a positive experience.
