Create And Publish An Event

Set up a complete event with date, format, participants, and publish-ready details.

Give The Event Its Identity. Alex is turning a club golf day into an event everyone can follow. In Events, open the creation wizard. Add a recognizable name, choose Golf, and set the date and location. A short, welcoming description helps players know what to expect.

Choose The Essentials. Next, choose the playing format and capacity, then find the course and check the access setting. Review the summary before creating the event. These essentials give Alex a useful event workspace straight away.

Configure The Competitions. Inside Competitions, refine the rules for each field. Check scoring, tees, handicap allowance, and rounds. Add another competition when a group needs separate results. Save the configuration, then verify that both competitions are available.

Prepare The Participant Field. Now prepare the people behind the event. Open Participants, add the players, and choose their competitions. Review the saved allocation before creating starting groups. A well-organized field makes the next decisions much easier.

Review And Share The Event. Finish in Links. Check the event address and visibility, then open the spectator view to review it. Alex now has a useful event home to share, with the setup and participant information connected to the results that will follow.
