Understand Event Organizer Analysis. Use readiness, entry requests, match exceptions and result review to decide what needs attention before, during and after an event.

Open The Organizer Overview. Open your event and choose Details. The Organizer overview is available to event managers. It summarizes saved event state and points to the next useful action. Use the event’s Stats tab for sporting performance; this overview focuses on running the event.

Read Readiness As A Checklist. Lifecycle readiness shows completed checks across eight steps. Here, six are complete: 75 percent. That is not a safety score or a guarantee that the event is ready. Read the remaining checks and follow-up items, even when the percentage is high.

Separate The Three Work Queues. Pending entries need an organizer decision. Match exceptions flag distinct matches with timing, pairing or missing-outcome issues. Results to review covers submitted scores and unresolved disputes, counting each result once. These numbers describe different work; do not add them into a single error total.

Understand The Two Charts. Competition journey groups the lifecycle checks by readiness. Result review status groups saved scores, keeping disputes separate from submitted results. Open View chart data for exact counts. Draft or in-progress results are not necessarily mistakes while play is underway.

Follow The Issue To Its Competition. Where to focus takes you to the relevant competition. Open Participants for pending requests, Schedule for an overdue match, or Standings for a result dispute. An overdue flag is a prompt to check what happened, not proof that a match failed.

Refresh And Verify Before Finishing. Expand the calculation details and check the updated time. This is a saved-state snapshot, not an application error rate or a live attendance feed. If records are unavailable, a dash is not zero. Refresh after your changes, then verify official results before finishing the event.
