Turn Performance Analysis Into A Plan

Validate one performance signal and convert it into a measurable Individual Practice.

Review A Meaningful Block. Jamie and Alex have finished reviewing a training block and want a practical next step. Open Analytics, choose the athlete and sport, and select a meaningful period. Begin with evidence from the same kind of activity.

Choose An Evidence-Backed Focus. Look for one useful pattern, then check the individual results behind it. Choose a focus only when the source performances support the conclusion. Alex wants a clear development priority that Jamie can understand and work toward.

Create A Purposeful Plan. Create an Individual Practice for the same athlete. Give the plan a name that reflects the focus and set a review period. The observation now has a home where it can become purposeful training.

Connect Assessment And Exercises. Record the starting assessment and choose exercises that address the focus. Check the instructions and workload so the plan is achievable. Alex and Jamie can now connect the reason for the work with the work itself.

Save And Plan The Review. Save and reopen the plan to verify the athlete, dates, assessment, and activities. At the end of the block, compare the final assessment and new results. The next decision begins with a clearer picture of what changed.

Connect The Numbers With The Movement. Video can add useful context to the numbers. Here, Vojtech Strnad's two swings appear together in Visual Analytics. Use what you observe to discuss one clear, achievable focus for the next practice.
