Create An Individual Practice

Create a plan, add exercises and assessments, save it, and compare progress at the end.

Create A Plan With Purpose. Coach Alex and Jamie have one goal: build a more controlled golf swing. Open Individual Practice, start a plan, and choose Jamie. Give it a meaningful name and dates that make the next review easy to remember.

Build An Achievable Routine. Build a routine Jamie can follow. In Sessions, set the schedule and open Agenda. Preview the exercise illustrations, select the activities, and check their workload. Clear instructions help the athlete begin each session with confidence.

Record The Starting Point. Before the work starts, open Assessments and record the baseline. Choose a few observable focus areas and add supporting notes. Alex is creating a fair starting point, so later improvement has something useful to compare with.

Complete And Record Practice. Jamie finds the plan in Athlete Training. Open the correct session, check the date, and record completed activities and actual amounts. Save the results, then use Notes to explain how practice felt and share useful measurements.

Compare Progress Together. At the end of the block, return to the same assessment areas and review the evidence together. Compare the starting point with the final assessment, then decide what comes next. The plan tells a complete story of purposeful practice and progress.

Make The Coaching Conversation Clearer. Supporting video gives the plan another useful perspective. Here, two real Vojtech Strnad swings are compared in Visual Analytics. A shared picture helps coach and athlete discuss the next step together.
