Make The Club Recognizable. Alex wants Demo Golf Club to feel welcoming from the first visit. Begin with the club overview. Check the name, description, location, and public identity so members immediately recognize the space they have joined.

Review People And Roles. Open Members and review the people who will use the club. Check each identity before changing access. Give managers and coaches the roles their work needs, and keep the roster clear enough to maintain as the club grows.

Add And Check Members. Bring in the remaining members, then review their saved details. A little care with names and account links now makes athlete selection and communication easier later. Alex wants every invitation and practice update to reach the intended person.

Choose Operational Settings. Open Settings and review the club's sports and operational choices. In Staff, check which responsibilities can be delegated. Choose permissions deliberately, then save the settings so the team has a shared way of working.

Check The Club Is Ready. Return to the overview and open Events. Check that the club identity, people, and activities tell the same story. Alex now has a useful home for the club, ready for members to take their first practical steps together.
